Oklahoma wide receiver and Heisman Trophy finalist Dede Westbrook was twice arrested on complaints of domestic violence more than three years ago, according to a report in the Tulsa World.Citing police reports and court documents, the Tulsa World reported that in 2012 before arriving at Oklahoma, Westbrook was accused of throwing the mother of two of his children to the ground.
