Chris Berman has taken his Swami Sez NFL picks segment, seen on SportsCenter, to ESPN Chalk. Each week during the NFL regular season, hell give his favorite picks against the spread here with a little further analysis.Season record: 34-17 ATS (last week: 3-2)?Jacksonville Jaguars at Detroit LionsComing off of a bye, I think Detroit has its eye on the big task, not just on Jacksonville this week. If the Lions want to be a team going somewhere this season, this is a game they should win by 10 points or more. Jacksonvilles defense is better than you think but doesnt quite have all the pieces yet. Im trusting the maturity of Matthew Stafford and Jim Caldwell to not let this team look ahead to a huge matchup against Minnesota on Thanksgiving.Score: Detroit 26, Jacksonville 16Tennessee Titans at Indianapolis ColtsTennessee has lost only one game by more than eight points this season (Week 1, hurt by two defensive TDs from Minnesota). This is a pretty good team. And while the Titans have struggled against Andrew Luck, there is a first time for everything. I dont think the Colts defense will be able to keep Tennessee off the scoreboard. The Titans take a close one on the road.Score: Tennessee 27, Indianapolis 24Arizona Cardinals at Minnesota VikingsBoth teams have been sputtering recently but are still dangerous. Minnesotas defense remains one of the leagues best and is getting healthier this week. That unit scores a defensive touchdown against the Cardinals, a division winner from last year that hasnt quite looked the part this season. The Vikings defense makes life tough for Carson Palmer and Minnesota enters its Thanksgiving date with Detroit off a win.Score: Minnesota 21, Arizona 17Philadelphia Eagles at Seattle SeahawksI picked Seattle to win outright last week, so Im a believer in this team. That win might be a sign that the Seahawks are ready to roll now. Philadelphia is 4-0 at home but only 1-4 on the road. This will be a tough learning experience for Carson Wentz. The Eagles will be in this game, but with Seattles offense coming on (and Thomas Rawls coming back soon) and Kam Chancellor back on defense, this is a different team. This should be the lowest number Seattle has at home the rest of the season. I like the Seahawks here.Score: Seattle 27, Philadelphia 16Buffalo Bills at Cincinnati BengalsCincinnati looked pretty sluggish on Monday Night Football, especially coming off a bye. The Bengals just didnt play with the urgency I thought they would. Buffalo showed me something in that close 31-25 loss in Seattle in Week 9. I think theyll play hard coming off a bye, as they still have a chance to do something and grab that last AFC wild-card berth.Score: Buffalo 24, Cincinnati 21 Comprar Air Max Baratas . Bristol slipped to a fourth successive Aviva Premiership defeat as dominant Exeter underlined the huge task facing Andy Robinsons team to secure top-flight survival this season.Try doubles from wing Olly Woodburn and No. 8 Thomas Waldrom -- plus a late Sam Hill touchdown -- meant the Chiefs were always in charge at Ashton Gate, with a second bonus point win in seven days seeing them climb to fourth place.Fly-half Gareth Steenson added five conversions and two penalties for a 41-17 triumph, and although Bristol showed glimpses of quality -- underlined when full-back Jordan Williams, hooker Ross McMillan and substitute Max Crumpton crossed for tries -- they have shipped 164 Premiership points so far in September. And life is not about to get any easier, with league champions Saracens due in the west country next Friday, although rugby director Robinson is realistic enough to know that beating clubs around them in the Premierships bottom third represent Bristols best hope of making progress.Exeter, bottom of the table behind Bristol this time last week, had far too much firepower in terms of ball-carrying threats, while skipper Steenson proved a master of playing the territory game at key moments.Robinson made six changes -- all in the pack -- following last Sundays 70-22 drubbing by Wasps, with prop Kyle Traynor, lock Mark Sorenson and flanker Jon Fisher among those called up to start, while Exeters four switches included a chance for Sam Hill in midfield alongside Henry Slade. And the visitors were immediately into their stride as Bristol endured a miserable start, with wing Tom Varndell going off for a head injury assessment and then slick Chiefs passing allowing Woodburn a clear run to the line, with Steensons conversion making it 7-0 after just four minutes.Bristol responded in determiined fashion, though, putting together a number of attacking phases as they looked to make a temporary one-man advantage count after Exeter wing Ian Whitten was sin-binned following an aerial challenge on his opposite number Ryan Edwards.ddddddddddddReferee Tom Foley made repeated big screen viewings as he consulted with the television match official Sean Davey, but a yellow card -- rather than red -- was probably the right call. But Exeter were not knocked out of their stride, and a smart break by Hill ended with him delivering a scoring pass for Woodburns second try, again converted by Steenson, as they moved 14 points clear.Bristol had to hit back immediately, and they did so in style when Edwards showed a blistering turn of pace to leave Exeters defence floundering before support runner Williams crossed to claim an outstanding try.But any hope of a concerted Bristol fightback before half-time disappeared as Steenson kicked a penalty before he added the extras to a trademark close-range Waldrom touchdown as Exeter trooped off 24-5 in front. And it took the Chiefs barely two minutes of the second period to claim a bonus-point try after their forwards rumbled relentlessly towards Bristols line and Waldrom applied the finishing touch.Steensons conversion moved Exeter past 30 points, before his second penalty increased the lead, but Bristol continued battling away, and Crumpton added a third try 10 minutes from time that Williams converted from the touchline. As against Northampton 12 days ago, Bristols strong second-half performance offered their supporters hope for the considerable challenges ahead, but one point from a possible 20 so far tells its own story.
