Hockey Canada has released the game schedule for the 2015 World Junior Hockey Championship that will be played in Toronto and Montreal from Dec. 26 to Jan. 5. Team Canada, which plays in Group A in Montreal, will open the preliminary round at the Bell Centre on Dec. 26 against Slovakia. Canada also plays in Montreal on Dec. 27 against Germany, December 29 against Finland, and on Dec. 31 for their now-traditional New Years Eve game against the United States. Canadas elimination games will be played in Toronto at the Air Canada Centre. The quarter-final games will be played on Thursday, Jan. 2, with the semifinals on Sunday, Jan. 4 and the bronze and gold medal games on Monday, January 5. All of Canadas games at the World Juniors can be seen on TSN and TSN GO. Group B games in the preliminary round will be played in Toronto. Russia and Sweden highlight the group that also features Switzerland, Denmark, and the Czech Republic. The first game at the Air Canada Centre is Dec. 26 when Russia faces Denmark.
